Marc Ominsky has been practicing in the Maryland State and federal courts for 13 years. Mr. Ominsky has successfully represented individuals, small and medium-sized business and Fortune 100 businesses in bankruptcy, personal injury, complex and general civil litigation, contracts and contract negotiation, labor and employment, personal injury, commercial and residential real estate, government contracts, administrative law and other legal areas relevant to General Practice work and In-House work. I have known Marc since 1998. He was General Counsel for ISmart, LLC and ISCapital, LLC from 1999 to 2003.
